Water leaking into a basement or crawlspace

risks and (3) poor resale value. We can take care of your leak by
“waterproofing” your crawlspace and/or basement on any new or
existing home.
Our products were developed by Owens Corning, have been below grade field-tested in 16 states and used in over 3 million installations nationwide. We are the areas only authorized licensee for Barrier products and are Barrier certified applicators. Our products are safe for the environment and all work is performed on the outside of your home so there is no mess on the inside.
How we restore and waterproof
- We’ll pressure wash the exterior walls of your basement/crawlspace and patch any holes or cracks.
- Then we spray our Barrier “P” membrane to the footer seam and foundation walls creating a seamless barrier.
- After that we install drainage board on the walls which has an R value of R-10 and can drain 237 gallons of water per lineal foot per hour.
- Once that’s in place we install a 12” wall drain, 4” footer drain, approximately 12” of stone and solid drainage pipe run to daylight. This will eliminate your leak and drain the water that was creating hydrostatic pressure on your walls to daylight.
When completed, we will guarantee for 20 years that water will not penetrate those foundation walls in any area where our system has been applied. Give us a call and we will stop the water, guaranteed.
